You sent me the wrong item. I contacted you about this the day it arrived via your website, but haven't heared back from you since. So I take this as an opportunity to contact you again about it and hope we can find a solution.
The Hluru EQ Ethereal Wood Base drum with pickup (C major) arrived as scheduled. The box was sturdy, torn on one side, contents in perfect order. This is my first Hluru drum. (I have six other drums.) For the size, the Hluru is not heavy. I like that I can easily move it from room to room. It has a good range of notes, all the tongues in tune. This drum has rich resonance with woody overtones. It’s a mellow drum – with a calming sound. Nothing ear-piercing here. If you want something that sounds like a bell, this is not the drum for you. The crochet covered mallets are well balanced but the sticks I find short, uncomfortable. Number and note stickers were included and a round gray bag with backpack straps. The surprise was a 340-page hard-cover music book. This drum is a work of art. Well done Hluru!

I’ve heard other Panda drums from other companies through friends. I knew I couldn’t afford the $800 models so I was looking for one I could afford and would sound close to an expensive model. This filled the bill. Very pleased with the tone and resonance. I’m very sensitive to out of tune tonal percussion which was my greatest fear on getting a more economical Panda Drum. To my surprise this one is perfectly in tune. About the company, they were great. They sent several emails every step of the way. Up front they said it would take weeks to get here from China but it ended up being less time than indicated. This is the kind of company that is rare these days, they really care about their customer and their opinions of their service and products. I had a great experience here.
