It's really a wonderful steel drum with a very nice sound!
Unfortunately it was sent to me in the wrong key the first time. The service was impeccable and I received the steel drum in C major as ordered.
I then wanted to remove the protective film from the numbers (this was perfectly possible with another steel drum from Hluru!). Unfortunately it was very difficult and the adhesive residue is still on and around the numbers and cannot be removed because the paint is too sensitive.
This devalues the steel drum visually and disappoints me.
I don't have the nerve to complain again!

Regarding your question about wanted to remove the protective film from the numbers, we are really confused why you need to tear off these labels? This is really difficult, we recommend that you apply rubbing alcohol and try again.

The kalimba bag is good, i ordered it as a bundle together with my 17 key Kalimba in scalloped shape and it fits. I just don't know why i received a bag without transparent part (as seen in pics from product page) and without the shoulder strap. Otherelse i would've gave more stars.

I am enjoying my 17 key walnut kalimba. I have listened to many other kalimbas and I think the sound is superior to others I’ve heard. It was perfectly in tune. The accessories are nice. My only disappointment is that the instruction booklet and stickers were not included. I bought 2 kalimbas, one as a gift and one for myself. Fortunately the one I gave as a gift had the pamphlet, stickers and instruction on how to tune. I contacted the company and am still waiting to receive the missing items. I would be hesitant to order another one as a gift for that reason. I hope it comes soon.
The company has been good with communicating and otherwise, I am happy with my purchase. What a fun little instrument!
