Can I learn without the basics of music?

Basically the Kalimba is a very simple musical instrument even a child can play with. All that matters is you know a bit of do re mi. Included in the package is a set of stickers to help in playing the Kalimba. Playing the Kalimba is simply plucking the tines/keys with your finger nails.

      I Return Process

      To guarantee a fast and efficiently warranty process: 

      1. Please inform us your order number, describe the issue of the product and provide us pictures that can display the problem.
      2. Our customer service department will reply you within 24 hours in business day and 48 hours in non-business days after receiving the emails.
      3. Please do not return your products directly to the address on the package that you have received. The return address that provided by our customer service is valid only! Any return or exchange will be valid only if our customer service department accepted. And you are responsible for the loss due to the wrong address.

      II Return Policy

      1. About color difference:

      Please notice that there might be a slight color difference between the product picture on our website and the actual product due to different monitors’ settings. We are committed to presenting the true appearance of the product, including its color.

      But sometimes the color difference is inevitable. We are grateful if you can understand and accept the slight color difference.

      If there was a large color gap between the actual product and the color displayed on our website. You can return the item. When you provide picture evidences, please take pictures of the product under natural daylight. Be noticed that not to take any pictures under nighttime lighting or under intense sunlight. These extreme conditions can cause unrealistic appear of the picture.

      1. Please notice that any item that has been used does not qualify for a return. Please return it with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that's worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way, and the label should be attached.
      2. About the shipping fee:

      If it is our responsibility to generate a return, such as zipper malfunction, ripped or torn, obvious color difference, mis-shipped products, and major difference between the photographed product and the product that you have received, shipping fee might be refunded depending on the severity of the problem. But sorry that if you return because of personal reasons such as size doesn't fit, customer just dislikes the item or other subjective reasons, the shipping fee is non-refundable.

      Super Excited!

      So excited because my Kalimba came in today! It’s so beautiful and the palm grooves add a nice touch. I’ve never had a Kalimba before, so I’m not an expert but it seems to be a great quality instrument. Super easy to play and high quality sound! My only complaints are that the thumb protectors were a little too small for me and the pamphlet inside didn’t have directions for how to apply the note labels and what their purpose is. So that was kind of a bummer, but not enough for 4 stars! If you’re a first time buyer, you won’t be disappointed.

      Makes a great gift!

      I bought this thumb piano for my 11 year old niece. She just loves it! This is a great gift for someone that is musically inclined. It is well made and comes with instructions on how to use. Check out some videos on the Internet as well for tips on playing.

      Wonderful and fascinating instrument

      Bought this for a gift for our musician son-in-law, and am so taken with it I might buy one for myself. Beautiful and sturdy packaging, mahogany, all the parts you need for a calming and pleasant musical experience. When I tried it out, I was immediately reminded of a long-ago friend’s tape of “Japanese Waterfall Music” that I’ve been searching for many years for something similar. Playing this is very soothing, and is as close to what I heard accompanying water on that lost lost tape. Making the same sounds is a delight. Whether for picking, teaching, or for music therapy, this instrument has it all. Amazing! Delighted with this item and highly recommend if you’re looking for something unusual. Thank you!

      Fun instrument!

      I am a kalimba beginner so I don't know much about this musical instrument, but it seems to be a very good quality.
      I downloaded the APP to tune but I found that it was tuned before I got it. I search the relevant videos on YouTube and I found that this instrument is very easy to learn. It has a wonderful sound and the surface of the instrument is very smooth.
      Overall this instrument offers me much pleasure!

      This is a portable musical instrument with solid construction. It is small in size and super lightweight. The price is very affordable and it has many features you're going to enjoy. This thumb piano produces a clean, clear, and peaceful sound. It comes with a songbook and the seller is very nice they shared me another digital songbook via the email.
